Are you looking for an opportunity to exercise, have fun and meet great people - come join this class! It is for any age and offers a great way to exercise your entire body and get an aerobic workout equivalent to land aerobics with less stress on your back and joints. Class consists of a warm up period, 30 minutes of aerobics, cool down and 10 minutes of strength training, stretching, and toning using barbells and noodles.

Swimming skills are not necessary!
