POLICIES


REGISTRATION POLICY

YMCA programs are open to everyone. Registration is on a first come first served basis. Telephone and on-line registrations will be accepted when paying in full with MasterCard or VISA only.

Program registrations are also conducted at the YMCA front desk.  If you are unable to register during regular office hours, a representative may register for you.  Full payment is required at the time of registration.


REFUND POLICY
A full refund is given if the YMCA cancels a class or an individual cancels at least three working days prior to class starting. A prorated refund or class credit will be given if the YMCA cancels a class during a session, or for personal medical reasons a person is unable to continue a class. Memberships are nonrefundable.


CLASS MAKE-UP POLICY
If the YMCA cancels a class due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, a corresponding make-up class will be held or a credit or refund will be issued. Members or program participants who miss a class may attempt to “make-up” that class (space permitting) in another class held DURING THE SAME SESSION. Making up classes for absences, weeks or months after the absence has occurred, will not be permitted.


TOWEL SERVICE AVAILABLE NOW!
Towel service is available on the Bank Draft Plan - Only $12/month.
Bank Draft Plans will be adjusted annually for membership, towel service & locker rentals.


A.W.A.Y. (Always Welcome at YMCAs)
A membership at the YMCA of Delta County allows you to use most of the 2,200 YMCA's across the United States when you are traveling. Some YMCAs may offer free or reduced rates to use their facilities.


CORPORATE MEMBERSHIPS
Attention Business Owners!  Do you want to improve employee retention, employee health and satisfaction? Then consider offering YMCA Corporate Memberships to your staff! For more informaion, contact Mary Gauthier.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM 
The YMCA is designed for everyone. The YMCA Scholarship Program uses contributed funds to ensure that those unable to pay the regular membership fees are able to participate in the YMCA and its programs. If membership or program fees are a problem for you, call us. You may be eligible for reduced rates based on your income. Inquiries about the Scholarship Program are always welcome and can be made at the front desk.

SEX OFFENDER POLICY
The YMCA monitors the sexual offender registry. Persons found on the list will not be eligible for YMCA membership participation or employment opportunities.
