This program is for participants between the ages of 5 and 12 years old. This is a beginning cheerleading program where the proper warm-ups, jumps, basic movements, posture and cheers are taught. Practices will be held on twice weekly on the YMCA campus. The cheerleaders will cheer at Flag Football games on Saturday mornings starting Oct. 4th. Practices will be held on Monday and Wednesday afternoons on the
YMCA Campus. The first practice will be held on Monday,
September 29th.
